Nothing. It's completely free. We want you to experience our training firsthand before making any decisions.
2. How long is the demo clinic?
Typically 60-90 minutes, depending on the age group and what you'd like us to showcase.
3. Do we need specific equipment for the demo?
Nope. We bring everything we need. You just provide the space and the athletes.
4. What if we're not ready to commit after the demo?
That's totally fine. There's zero pressure. The demo is simply an opportunity to see if we're a good fit.
5. Can we customize a partnership to fit our specific needs?
Absolutely. We've built our partnership models to be flexible because every program has unique needs and constraints.
6. What sports do you currently offer?
Basketball, Flag Football, Dance, and Cheer, with integrated strength and conditioning throughout. We're expanding offerings based on community demand.
7. What age groups do you serve?
Currently ages 10-18 (grades 5-12), with programming divided into three developmental divisions.
8. Do you work with beginners or only advanced athletes?
Both! We have tiered programming that meets athletes exactly where they are from never-played-before to preparing-for-college and beyond.
9. How do you handle pricing for families with multiple daughters?
We offer sibling discounts and flexible payment options.
10. What makes your program different from other youth sports programs?
Our multi-sport approach builds complete athletes rather than early specialization. We integrate strength and conditioning designed specifically for female athletes, including injury prevention protocols often missing from youth programs. And we emphasize long-term development over short-term wins.
